Return/Refund Policy

Most orders can be available for pickup or shipping in less then 24 hours, however, some products may have to be decorated before we can ship them to you.  This process can take up to 4-5 business days at times.  We do try to have orders ready in a timely manner.

Return Policy

All sales are final.  In the event of a damaged item, we will do an exchange when possible or refund if a replacement cannot be provided.  The damaged item must be returned to us in unused condition.  Freight charges to return damaged items and to ship a replacement item is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of your package being marked as delivered to info@activeprinting.ca to alert us of the damage.

Lost or Stolen Packages.

AP Supply is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information to the customer.  We CANNOT resend orders that have been lost or stolen!
